Privacy policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. The Gardens at RedBird is an organization in development. This site is a public information and partnership-inquiry channel. It is not a patient intake channel and it does not collect health information.
No protected health information. Please do not send medical details, diagnoses, insurance information, or personal health information through this website. No field on this site asks for it, and any such information received will be deleted rather than retained.
What we collect
Information you give us
If you submit the partnership inquiry form, we receive the information you type into it: your name, email address, and message, and optionally your organization, phone number, and the category you select for your inquiry. We also record the date and time of the submission. Nothing else about you is collected by the form.
If you email or call us using the addresses published on this site, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and cookieless. It reports aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, and general country-level location. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build a profile of you across sites or over time. Because no cookies are used for analytics, this site does not display a cookie consent banner.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data (including IP address) as part of delivering and protecting the site. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, not marketing analytics.
This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers, or behavioural retargeting of any kind.
How inquiry submissions are handled
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our customer relationship management system, where they reach the founding team. That system acts as a service provider to us and processes the information only to deliver and store your inquiry.
We use what you send us to reply to you and to continue a partnership conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as the partnership conversation is active, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards for organizational recordkeeping, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Aggregate analytics figures are retained by Cloudflare according to their standard retention period and cannot be traced back to an individual visitor.
Your choices
- You may ask us what information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct it.
- You may ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
- You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, which is another reason not to send sensitive health information through this website.
Children
This site is intended for a professional and civic audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
Where this site refers to other organizations, those organizations operate their own websites under their own policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
Changes to this policy
As The Gardens at RedBird moves from development toward operations, this policy will be revised. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.
